Guided by the philosophy of Dr. Montessori, East Beach Montessori inspires the development of individual children in a safe, comfortable, supportive and culturally diverse environment that gives them the freedom to explore, cooperate, create and become independent, preparing them to deal with the variety of life's challenges at all ages.

Dr. Maria Montessori believed children learn through hands on materials. We will offer children Montessori materials, which are self-correcting allowing each child to work with them independently without adult supervision. Children will learn basic skills, such as pouring, sweeping, dressing skills etc., not only are these life coping skills but they also allow them to develop overall skills coordination, control, concentration, self confidence and a sense of order. Children will move along at thier own pace, as thier confidence increases they will feel motivated to deal with more challenging tasks which will be displayed on low open shelves attractively and orderly inviting them for a new lesson.
